As our new colleague, youโll be the go-to expert for setting up and implementing Responsum for our clients. Youโll work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Customer Success teams, providing technical expertise, guiding customers through onboarding, and offering top-notch consulting services to ensure they get the most out of our platform.

Your mission
Consulting & advisory
Be the go-to expert for data protection!
- Become a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices to optimize their privacy and compliance strategies.
- Conduct assessments and gap analyses, providing actionable insights to strengthen their data protection posture.
- Stay ahead of global data protection regulations and proactively help customers adapt to remain fully compliant.
Implementation team
Lead the way in seamless onboarding!
- Own the process โ lead implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and customer success.
- Oversee the integration of Responsum, tailoring the platform to meet unique customer needs.
- Deliver hands-on training and ongoing support, ensuring customers feel confident and empowered with the platform.
- Be the go-to problem solver, handling challenges and escalating when necessary to keep projects on track.
Sales support
Help win new customers with your expertise!
- Team up with Sales during the pre-sales phase, delivering expert product demos that showcase Responsumโs value.
- Assist in scoping customer requirements, crafting compelling proposals and RFP responses.
- Support Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, helping prospective clients experience first-hand how Responsum transforms their compliance processes.
Customer success
Build lasting relationships and drive growth!
- Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring they remain engaged, satisfied, and long-term partners.
- Guide new customers through seamless onboarding, equipping them with training and best practices for success.
- Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities, working closely with sales to drive renewals and growth.
- Be the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to refine and improve Responsum.

What you bring to the table
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a passion for customers and problem-solving.
A proven track record in customer-facing roles, showcasing exceptional communication and consulting skills.
Sharp analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a knack for identifying and solving challenges efficiently.
A natural relationship builder, experienced in engaging with customers and driving long-term success.
Knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR) โ you understand compliance and can guide customers through best practices.
(Bonus!) Basic knowledge of Information Security (ISO 27001) โ an added plus to help customers strengthen their security posture.
Languages: English + Dutch and/or French.
