What does a Performance Marketer do?
We must be clear: this job is not for the faint of heart. You’ll have ownership of our growth marketing initiatives and will contribute greatly to achieve our commercial targets. Your responsibilities include:
- SEO
- SEA
- lead nurturing
- managing our social channels
- all while analyzing the data to make our growth engine more efficient.
In all this, you’ll have the support of the two other marketers who will assist where possible.
Who you are
During the application process we’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in building out a growth engine
- Analytical skills
- A proactive attitude
- A healthy dose of curiosity
- Strong technical/hard skills in digital marketing
- Collaborative skills
- ‘Handling several projects at once’ as a way of life
Some of the minimal requirements
- English + Dutch or French
- Bachelor in (digital) marketing or communication management. Master is a plus
- You like all things digital
- Minimum 2 years of experience in growth marketing
